Spotlight: Angie Williams, Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Angie Williams was born and raised in Iron River and is a graduate of the West Iron County Public Schools. She began working at the Iron County Community Schools part-time in 2001 when it was located at the church on Jefferson Street. The position moved to a full time secretarial job and she was the secretary for the Community Schools Director. In 2008 the position for Executive Assistant opened up and she moved into this position and has been in there ever since. As the executive assistant, there are many hats that she wears and the job is definitely challenging!

In her time away from the school, Angie loves spending time with family and friends having cookouts and campfires. Her favorite activities are relaxing on the shore or in a boat at the lake, going on vacation that have beach destinations, golfing, kayaking, walking or just curled up reading a book (either inside or outside). She is always up for a challenge and not afraid to try new things.
