School Resource Officer: Deputy Jeremy Allen

WICS is extremely proud to have Deputy Allen serving our students and staff as our full time School Resource Officer. Deputy Allen has served in law enforcement for over 25 years.  His primary role at the school is to ensure the safety of all students and staff.

Since taking on this new role last school year, Deputy Allen has been essential to fulfill our mission to provide a safe and supportive learning environment where all staff ensure all students achieve their highest potential.

Deputy Allen is an essential member of our Safety & Security Advisory Team and is constantly working to improve our campus safety and security.  He has attended numerous SRO and safety trainings.   Over this past summer, Deputy Allen took the initiative to become a National Certified School Resource Officer, and then went further to receive his International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training.  He continues to train staff in best safety protocols, lead building safety teams, member of our Behavior Threat Management Team, oversees safety drills, and monitors the overall safety and security of our students and staff.

Deputy Allen is visible all around our campus.  You may see him reading to elementary students, monitoring the hallways and lunchrooms, school dances, or at extracurricular events and Board meetings.  Deputy Allens looks forward to engaging in our educational programs and activities, especially those that promote safety awareness and crime prevention.  We are very fortunate to partner with our local Sheriff department and blessed to have Deputy Allen here fulfilling his duties.  Together, we can all create a supportive atmosphere that allows every student to thrive.

Feel free to contact Deputy Allen if there is anything he can do for you or your family.  His door is always open for students and parents.
